Contractor Consultants, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Brian Swanson. After thirty years of working in the concrete and masonry business and building and managing commercial office warehouse buildings in the metro area, Brian started a consultant company.
Through many years of working directly with Architects, Engineers and Designers, Contractor Consultants, Inc. began working on commercial construction projects throughout the metro area.

Contractor Consultants, Inc. has two job superintendents with over 15 years of experience, commercial and residential concrete crews along with a poured wall crew.
